Here is another one that looks a lot better shaded then mine and the other one I posted. I know the picture quality is better but not better then my own eyes looking at my piece Could it be the contrast on the photos making the shading look darker then it really is even to the naked eye?

the paint is the same prolly, maybe you have brighter or dimmer lights

This piece does have plenty of gorgeosity to take in that could easily distract the glossies.
