The first time I had the class, it was a week long interactive class. Man did I learn some new derogatory racial terms....and for the longest I just thought the only term for whites was "cracker."
That sounds like the sexual harassment training we had to go through 2 weeks after our boss got fired for something that happened after work hours at corp office. What we all learned was if your going to sexual harrass at co-worker after work hours at a restaurant make sure you pay your own bill so they cant say you were at a work function.
