I bought two heath Jokers when they were first announced from two separate companys in Japan. Abc epxress being one of them.

I only thought I paid for the abc express one but yesterday another one arrived and I presumed my card had paid for that one too a while back so I simply sold it on. I've just heard its popular for abc express to send out two parcels to the same person and then ask for them back..

WTF. I sold it like $40.00 cheaper to a fellow freak and he now owns it.
If ABC express pull me on this I'm not paying them !. They never told me they sent either of the figures out anyway !. :banghead:duh

Man.... Ebay has sucked for me today... :monkey4

Ebay's a nightmare. Period.

But while there are some upsides to dealing with these larger, business-type users (ABCExpress) I tend to stay as far away from them as possible.

Especially those "Isoldit" guys? Geezus...check out their feedback sometime.

Regardless, odds are they'll end up billing your card for the 2nd figure anyway.

They wont !. :rotfl

If they do pull me up on it I will simply say this :

I originally bought 2 Joker figures from two different Japanese companys.
I paid for yours and I thought I didn't for the other one.

Yours arrived fine and its perfect. Then the second arrived and I presumed my card had been billed from the other company originally so I simply sold it not needing another figure now.
I sold it cheaper than bought but wasn't too bothered.
When you sent out this second figure you never let me know for starters and you never sent a message saying you were missing figures or had sent too many out.

This is in no way my fault and I am in no way to blame for a mistake your company has made.
I will not be paying.

Maybe I missed something, but why is this eBay's fault? I hope you get it straightened out.

Oh, and it is my understanding if a company sends you something you did not order, you don't have to pay for it and you don't have to send it back. I don't see the advantage at all of purposely sending duplicate items.

I didn't think it was them who sold me the figure though.
I thought it was from another company so I sold it not needing it anymore , if they didn't tell me they had sent out another figure and now I have sold it for less than they will want back plus I have spent the money anyway I won't be paying them.

And its not ebay that sucks , its the way the whole thing works. :monkey3

I was wondering the same thing. Whatever may (or may not) have gone wrong, I don't see how any of it could be said to be eBay's fault.

That is generally the law in the US, but I don't know about the UK. Someone else would have to verify how it works there. And I don't know if there are exceptions for mis-shipped items where there is a standing relationship (i.e., an order placed by a customer with a company).

If abcexpress sent you two figures when you only ordered one. You get a free figure. Can you access your card online and see if you were charged twice? If you were, contact the card company and tell them you were double billed.

So ...... I have to pay for a figure full price. Which I sold for half. When a company sends me a figure for free , I think it came from somewhere else and everything is fine , then a week later they send me a message wanting either the money back or the figure. :lol

WHAT ?! No.. I didn't know nor do I now have the money to send you !.

Oh I didn't catch that Hicks was from the UK. Sorry about that!

I don't really feel like I should be going through all this hassle when its their fault entirely. I didn't pay abc express twice. I just figured when I got the extra joker from Japan it was from the other company I thought I had canceled with ( which I did ) .

I have now sold the figure for less than they would want back and I spent the money anyway. I won't have the money for a while. And my pre orders and coming first !. :rotfl
