I buy a lot of stuff from Japan and haven't ever been charged by customs. I'm curious to know where you're located as well, Teddy.

I've been stung by customs (I'm in the UK) for all my SSC orders. I got this from HLJ and it looks like I've avoided them. Less than £250 shipped..... A small price to pay for this piece of art. Wish I'd got HT Luke from HLJ now.

Mine is with customs at the moment - I was expecting something more around the range of £30 - 40.

I rang Parcelforce this morning and this is what they quoted.

I do have the Medi R2 coming from amiami in the same box, so this has pretty much doubled the valuation on the box. Still a lot though :monkey2

Ah, I see. I thought it was for just the 3po. That would have been nearly 50% duty.
