It's freaking huge but I'm telling ya it would so be worth the money.

I guess that depends on how much money you have. I'll take my $150 Code 3. At least I have space to display that.

I've seen it, played with it, saw the lights and the whole deal....worth every dime if you have it to spare. It was completely out of my price range by the time it shipped but if I had the funds I'd buy one without a doubt. It is THE Millennium Falcon to own.

Saw it in person at SDCC last year and to say it is impressive is a massive understatement, this thing is breathtaking!! But, you'd need to live in a freakin' airplane hangar to display it!

I have one of the SE's and I have to say, that I was unsure about this piece, but when I took it out of the box...It took my breath away! It is worth every penny!!! ....and I even just spent over $300 for a cover for it!!!!

I hate you Tristram!! :D

Just kidding, you must feel like crying everytime you look at it!
You should check out some of the stuff this guy has over at RS. I would love to see his whole room.

I would love to get one of these Sudio Scale Millenium Falcons, if I had the room , I would get one.

LOL! Yeah, there is some crazy stuff laying around here...A lot of those are old pictures...I am in the process of adding more as I figure out a better way to display some of my stuff...I have acquire about 30 or 40 more pieces since most of those pictures were taken!

Here is a different link to three pages at Rebelscum.
There is a lot of Star Wars and LOTR stuff.

I'll update soon.

Anyone have one?

I grabbed one of the last Harrison Ford-signed ones. Right around Christmas, MR said they had a few left due to the usual 'cancelled orders and denied credit cards'. It was late, my girlfriend was asleep, I felt there wasn't time to confer, so I took the plunge. Since I have no family, Christmas is a really cheap time of year for me, soooooo.....

I gotta say, it's AMAZING. I compared it to the photos of the Falcon built for EMPIRE (in that big-ass STAR WARS CHRONICLES book), which the MR studio scale Falcon is a 1:1 scale replica of. The attention to detail is 99% SPOT-ON. I love my Code 3 Falcon, but I was always slightly annoyed at 1 or 2 places where the proportions are off. The MR Falcon is so perfect, ILM could use it for FX, if the computers ever melt down or something...

The MR Falcon is big, no lie. I had to box it up and put it storage because I'm in the market for a house, and YES, I'm gonna house-hunt with a tape-measure so I can make SURE my MR Falcon and USS Enterprise can proudly collect dust and fine Georgia pollen.

Lemme see if I can find the pics I took of the Falcon for the day it was out of its box....

One of my favorite things about this item came WITH it, actually... There's a booklet detailing how they made this amazing collectible, and it includes a photo of a VERY sour-looking Harrison Ford, signing the 500 plates on October 12t, 2006. I mean, we all sorta know he's not fond of STAR WARS, but it's his sour laconic quality that makes Han Solo so much fun (for me). The photo of Ford with this "Why have you dragged me here?" look is so priceless, I cannot describe it properly. I just wish I wasn't a dunce, and had scanned it before I re-boxed the Falcon...

Trust me, this collectible is worth EVERY penny. If you can afford it, and you have the room.... as Ferris Bueller said "I highly recommend it. It is so choice..."
