The instructions say you need 3 people. I'd say you should have at least 2. I did it by myself, including getting the box into the house, but it was difficult.

I have to say, that is beautiful. But damn is it big! There is absolutely no where I could display that unless it hung from a ceiling. How heavy is it out of the box?

It's big, but I was suprised when I received mine that it wasn't as big as everyone kept saying! My Gentle Giant Life-size Yoda FX was MUCH bigger! I literally could not get it in my front door. I had to go around to the back of my house and lift it up and just barely squeeze it through the other side door!
