A lot of these suggestions are cool characters but they'd be next to impossible to find 1/6 clothing to make. Aubrey is one I really want but there's not British Navy officers in 1/6 from that era that I know of.

If I had the money to commission a sculpt I'd get Patrick McGoohan as the Prisoner:

Hell I'd buy two, one as the Prisoner another to paint in greyscale as Danger Man.

A lot of these suggestions are cool characters but they'd be next to impossible to find 1/6 clothing to make. Aubrey is one I really want but there's not British Navy officers in 1/6 from that era that I know of.

Yeah, I got to thinking about that, but I figured I could use SSC George Washington fig.

They can be had pretty cheap on the secondary market, and the basic tailoring/cut of the outfit is very similar to that used by British Sea Officers of that time. Some bits and peices from a fabric/crafts store, slight customizing, and I think you can have a pretty good uniform.

The only problem would be Jack's trademark scraper hat. Ignite makes a pretty decent Napolean figure, that has a smiliar hat. Or, I can try to make my own.

I'm also shocked nobody has requested a certain former SS licensed character that was never produced. I'm glad he hasn't been mentioned, but surprised nonetheless.
