I compared your pictures to our display model and few other pieces, and I don’t believe I have a replacement for your Hulk Body that would be a significant improvement. These items are all hand-crafted, and there will be slight variations on the tear around the knees on every figure. I would hate to send you a replacement that may have a more noticeable variation somewhere on the body, or worse, one that wouldn’t fit properly in your base. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.



If you think you can accept your current piece as it is, or possibly repair it yourself, I can offer a credit of $45.00 toward a future order. However this would be the absolute maximum amount I am able to offer for this issue.

It's ripped. It's damaged. That's not a variation. The rip isn't even in the same direction as the tear they're trying to pin it on. I can't keep this going with sideshow. I tried and tried. And I'm down to 2 POs now.

Just got mine and opened. Although Hulk himself is large the hunched over pose makes the statue height less than I'd prefer Hulk to be but overall it's an impressive statue, I like.

But these pants...I don't think this rip should be like this...?

I don't disagree, but do you blame me for trying though. Its not my fault they chose to handle mine with a replacement. To be honest, i agree the chip on the base is not a big deal, however its on the most forward facing portion & is noticeable. If it had been the same chip on the other said of the base, id have been fine with a partial refund and call it a day.

That is not how it's supposed to look... That's for sure. However I don't think it looks too bad because his leg is bent it look like his pants ripped that way.... Do you have a normal viewing shot? Just curious how it looks.... Not that my opinion matters if you are unhappy. SSC without question should replace this as it is obviously not supposed to be that way. I just think it looks natural. I would not cut it off like some have said.

Love how they contradicted themselves. They say it's a variation but then say I can repair it myself. A variation wouldn't need to be repaired, would it? Ha ha.

A chip anywhere is a problem because there shouldn't be a chipped base sent out in the first place.
