If comparint the two I'd say no... as it looks like the sculpt has the thumb going through the cuff, as opposed to it just being a sleeve in the image of Padme. Don't know if that outfit also had a thumb hole lol) or not.

Shaak Ti would be a much better PF. I think this may be the first time I've ever though Sideshow made a really poor decision on a PF. Assuming that this is Ahsoka and a PF. I agree with Toe though, those don't seem like girl hands.

It'll be in every section probably until we find out what it is, it's so vague it's anyone's guess what license it's from.
