That is actually my guess, but it is still noticeably different from the 1:6 scale one. But I do not get the PF's, so I don't know how close they usually are.

Won't be a PF. As Dave pointed out earlier, if it were, the sleeve would be cloth. So since it's sculpted, I'm guessing that if it is SS, it's a Storm Shadow diorama of some sorts. Maybe him battling Spirit?

I took it to be a female hand at first glance (I'm still not sure either way), which pretty much eliminates GI Joe. If its a male then yes, either SS or a red ninja dio are definite possibilities.

Even though it is sculpted I think it could still be a PF. Gloves on PF's are sculpted so if this is something more like a glove or gauntlet or something I can see it being sculpted and not cloth.

He's just not convinced it's sculpted, but if you look at the folds around the wrist, and the angular look to the left side of the cuff near the pinky-finger, it DOES look sculpted.

Yes, but after taking into consideration what was said, have a good gander at the sleeve. Looks like material all the way up to the middle of the pad on the back of the hand.

I think you're right. At the SDCC panel they talked about, and showed a teaser of a dio of Snake Eyes vs Stormshadow with Snake Eyes planting his knee of foot (can't remember for sure) in Stormshadow's face, knocking him backward. I'll bet that pic is Stormshadow's left hand hanging down as he is falling.

A zoom in of a dio could explain it being a male hand but looking more feminine, it's tough sculpting at the size of the dio figurines.

Nope, the wrist wraps in the dio WIP are different than material in the sneak peak.

SS, red, whatever. I'm just saying that particular sneak isn't from the SE vs. ninjas dio previewed at SDCC (unless they changed the sculpt of course.) I forgot how badass the dio looked though.

Yeah, badass, but not an action figure so an easy pass. Good inspiration for poses though.
