I think sometimes people completely over disect movies.

Just relax and enjoy the films for what each one is by itself.

i think i just answered all my questions. they expect us to buy it on bluray to see the "un-seen, un-editted version not shown in theatres"

They don't showed deleted scenes on Netflix. The Blu-ray will be marketed in a way that will coerce customers into purchasing the "never seen in theatres before" edition. I wouldve enjoyed the movie a lot more if 90% of the footage in that trailer was in the actual movie. I only jumped once in the theatre.

On the plus side the mom was super hot. By the way the only time I jumped in the movie was when the mother was wearing a mask.
