Nope the sheriff is worried about the day to day workings of the jail since the media storm around this has taken a serious toll on the day to day operations. They may have said it was medical but thats a first since they have entire floor at L.A. Co Hospital for inmate holding.




Sheriffs have some power for doing this but when you get a hard headed Judge and Sheriff who is trying to protect his people and Paris then you have what we have now. I know of a few celebs that have served time and have never seen anything like this. I actualy heard from a deptuty that some of his co workers have been offered up to 200K for a photo of her in a cell. The problem if someone who does it works for the Co. they will be prosecuted.

I heard yesterday that she will probably be out on bail on Monday once they file an appeal.
