The official time will be taken from your paypal account stamp time. Im sure it will be canceled if ordered before 3pm.

The key is to do everything if it goes up before 3 and then wait til 3pm exactly to confirm your PayPal payment. As long as that time stamp is after 3pm you're good yo

According to pcs. They are giving 30 pieces among their top 5 distributers. I wonder who? Hopefullly sideshow or bbts. I dont use paypal and just want to use my cc

Jerry said on statue forum those 30 would go to overseas, like Simply Toys, PBM, etc. In North America it will only be PCS so no bbts or sidedshow.
