This is started by people too immature to deal with a major, albeit uncomfortable college football story in the long standing college football thread.

My facts are straight. She complained, the cops hear the confession, they don't prosecute. At this point does it matter if it goes any further or not? Even if Paterno heard it it's already been down the proper channels that should be held responsible. As someone with a _____ you should understand that any mother wouldn't let something like this rest and you might find one or two crooked cops willing to "forget" what they heard but not the entire force. The buck stops where it started if you're going to start blaming people. The only villian in this story is the pedophile (PERIOD)
If you really think Paterno, football, the school or anyone has enough power to make something like that dissappear you need to jump off the bridge you're selling. Your conspiracy theories are weak.

By the way ink, usually you tOSU fans love the PSU scandal on other sites because it takes the focus off your disgraced former coach (the most recent one), the 'coed health problems' of your current coach, and the probable Reggie Bush type scandal waiting to break lose with Terrelle "everybody murders" Pryor.

So which is it? Do you acknowledge both her going to police and the police going to the DA, or do you feel they both did "nothing"?
The DA did nothing, but he is not the mother, nor is he the police. Say what you mean and admit when you are factually wrong.

There's nothing to be wrong about. What I said is what I mean. The info was delivered and nothing came of it, i.e. "they did nothing with it." They being the holders of said information. Nothing amounted from it. Pretty clear and factually right.
Is it denial or is it the fact we live in a country where we prosecute via television and social media now, where we're no longer innocent until proven guilty? Everything you have is hearsay and pure conjecture. Build a case and take the Paterno estate to civil court if you're right. Until then what do you have? Conspiracy.

So I took a chance to step on tOSU when the opportunity presented? ink has commented on my being a Michigan alum. It is a rivalry you know.
From the guy mocking people from Georgia with Deliverance, you are not in much of a position to discuss making light of others teams/alma mater/state.
I went right back to arguing actual points of fact with wofford in the very next post, so I guess I know how to 'stay the course'.
