FYI received a friendly heads up from another board member and did a google search on "Pinkerton FX"...not sure why I didn't do it before I placed an order. Within the first 2 pages of links are about 5 claims of never receiving items, fraud and bad business.

Why close the customs section??? There are great people here doing great work and always come through. Ban those that don't. With anyone new(sculpter) we need a completed project b4 any new work goes thru-no '5 sculpts in the pipeline- preorder threads. We need a one for one. Z is doing a great job as are others.

l think DD should make a new rule on new users sellin their items here.
I bought something from him a long time ago that was already finished when he posted it on these boards for sale and it took him months to ship it. I did recieve it though.

I messaged him because I was interested in these pieces as well and he said he couldn't take on anymore at the momen really til these were done...so he seems like pretty standup guy to me.

I have no doubt that I'll get my stuff it's just a matter of when. He does great work and I don't think I'm going to cut him as a connection like I have Howes, at least for right now. We'll see as time progresses.

Dumb question I know, but have you PM'ed him ? He answered several of mine. He also has a pretty gallery at Deviant Art of his projects...I had no idea he did the Mezco Dark Carnival stuff...

I'm starting to wonder, too. I paid on 5/4/09 for a head that was already painted and needed to be haired.
I've sent more than one PM with no response.

I've requested updates before and, again, I'm not carrying a torch and pitchfork or anything. Just looking for some info. I know there were delays with the process but if this is never gonna happen I'd like to know.

Yeah, he SPECIFICALLY told me I could have one of the prototypes he showed and promised to hold that one for me. And back when he showed update pics my head was in those pics. I don't get why he doesn't just send it out. Even if they aren't all done send the few out that are so everyone knows he's good for it and will get theirs eventually.

I'm looking at being out about $95, Pennywise (fully painted) and a clown sculpt. Its weird, I really hate thinking he's a scammer, but even if this wasn't intentional the result ends up being the same.
