Granted I'm just a novice but three of the 12" Hasbro droids arrived today in the mail from the wonderful land of E-bay so I was inspired to have some PHOTOSHOP PHUN. I know that we've got some talented Freaks out there so I thought maybe a thread dedicated to sharing those SW 1/6 pictures melted into the actual scenes from the films.

Anyway-- here's a quick something I did since getting home half an hour ago.

Nice work Neil. You ought to have Josh or someone repaint those droids. Imagine with the new repaint and some wear and tear, those guys will look greater than they allready look.

Lets see more pics! :clap

Neil, if you want another 12" Hasbro battle droid, I have a loose one in mint condition.

Let me know if interested. ;)

A verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry quick one of Hurricane's custom Cody (now in Josh's possession) getting a phone call in the middle of work...

Still waiting for anyone else to add to the thread--- nothing too fancy as my work can attest to---

Granted, these are oldies, but I've been working mostly with the Hasbro 3.75 inch figures lately...

First up is Darth Maul:

Hey, why don't we make this a thread just for photo-shopped pictures? There have been so many, maybe now we can put them all in one place for easy browsing--how convenient would that be? If we can have one thread of pictures, that would be really cool.

Didn't we try that already???

Oh well, even if we did, might as well try again. After all, there are times we have seven threads about the same figure shipping. :lol

Part of the problem is usually comments. If we made one like the "pictures only" thread in the sandbox, maybe it would work. I don't know myself, I'm not very good at starting threads unless they're about Faramir.

OK...I'm done spamming the thread... :D

That was fantastic! Exactly what I waw hoping to see--made mine look like stick figures. :D

Great work Sith Lord 0498--- I hope that someday I can create images even half as good as that.

Not so much comments...going off on multi-page tangents usually ends up derailing threads. Just look at the 1/6 scale pose off thread.

Hopefully the only comments will be about the pictures posted--- for example I'm a novice when it comes to photoshop-- anything I know I taught myself so my ability is quite crude--- besides the obvious superior camera that you take the original shot with (and lighting of course) any beginner tips for us newbies on transfering our prized 1/6 to a jpg?
