I'm going with TDKR. Mainly because I'm counting your post as having a loophole, since MoS isn't technically a sequel, I don't have to choose between it and TDKR. TDKR wins by default.;)

I chose TDKR, it’s really only mixed reception comes from the hardcore comic fans, the general public and critics loved it. The other two movies are mixed by everyone.

Voted for Man of Steel. I can actually re-watch that movie a few times because of all the good action/fight scenes. The other two take some commitment to sit down and watch because of the long plot and slow pace.

For me, this is easily Amazing Spider-Man 2. Despite its faults (inconsistent tones, pacing, and trying to do too much with the story being the main ones), it did some things amazingly well, and gives me some genuine hope for the future of the franchise that I didn't feel so much after the more forgettable ASM 1.

TDKR had some really good, even great moments IMO due to its being handled by a top rate filmmaker and supporting crew (cast, cinematography, music, etc.). But it was really flawed, felt a bit stale, and was obviously a let-down in relation to the other two. It felt to me like Nolan was trying his best at fulfilling contractual obligations, but like his heart wasn't really in it. Having said that, it would have been difficult for that film to succeed no matter what, after Nolan changed the comic film landscape with Begins and Dark Knight.

Man of Steel had some nice action in it, and the casting was OK for the most part. . .but it's a distant third in this race for me.

The Nolan movies are easily my favorite comic book movies, along with Batman Mask of the Phantasm, so Dark Knight Rises for me! I really like Man of Steel, but I go where the Fire Rises.

Iron Man 3

What a twist!
I would have a hard time choosing between IM 3 and Amazing Spider-Man 2. I feel IM3 is a much better movie overall, but I love some parts of ASM 2, which I don't so much with IM 3. From a narrative standpoint, IM3 all works very well in my opinion. From what I've observed, where folks get hung up are where their expectations were defied more than the idea that it wasn't a good movie or well told story--mostly the twists and odd decision here or there like all the tin foil drones at the end. Spider-Man, on the other hand, gets some of the comic stuff perfectly right (which Iron Man never bothers very much with). That opening scene may be one of my favorites in all of comic movies. Yet I walked away feeling really ambivalent, while I left IM 3 feeling like I had just seen a pretty good, albeit very weird comic movie.
