Barbossa on the Queen Anne with Scrum. Jack back on the Pearl and a whole fleet of ships he stole with Gibbs. Angelica wanting revenge. That seems like enough to run with already.

If I'm not mistaken, I think they have kept the Peter Pan and POTC rides seperate all these 20 years with no referance in one to the other, so I don't think they'll do anything in the movies.

I think the POTC ride is supposed to be a little more adult/older kid oriented. I doubt they'd mix well at all. But I was definitely looking around for a guy w/ a hook during the pirate council scene in AWE.

I do too, but he won't. The BHS documentary on POTC2 made the entire production look like hell. I think he's done with the franchise. But you never know.

I really don't see how or why they would bring Will back. He's ferrying souls...if he doesn't do that he will be cursed like Davy Jones and we have already been there, done that. Unless someone tries to hijack The Flying Dutchman....which I just don't see happening. Will's story was neatly wrapped up and I hope he is not in any future films.

Considering what Disney is doing on Once Upon a Time right now, I could easily see Hook in this series. I mean, if they can combine Snow White, Captain Hook, Jack and the Beanstock, Mulan, and Dr Frankenstein into a show, adding a pirate to a pirate movie would be simple.

Not that I'm saying they should do it, but they could easily make it work.

I also hope they make the spanish the primary pirate enemy, instead of more of the british. They killed Gillete and that other guy from the first trilogy off at the end of 4 and I'd rather see more of the guys who destroyed the fountain.

...Same thing as I just watched Van Helsing last night for the first time, you have a movie where you establish Dracula and a Wolfman, let those two be the over the top things that can do stuff regular humans can't like fly around or get shot a buncha times or survive an impossible fall. Twoards the end, Kate Beckinsale does a backflip 500 ft above the rocks from one wet rope to another wet rope and it's retarded unbelievable. I'll never bother with that dumb **** movie again...

You said you would never watch this movie ever again but in the previous sentance you acknowledged that Kate Beckinsale is in it. I dont think I can take you seriously.

She's hot but a poor actress and aside from a small role in the Aviator, hasn't been in any good movies.
