Mine seems to be fine. Once it's in place there is really no movement and once you're conscious of it you can adjust it with no rubbing. They should have made a better effort to match it with the rest of the outfit though.

..when mine was shipped, the metal part of the belt was wrapped in foam...and when displayed, the belt hangs low enough not to scratch her..

Man the more I look at pics of her the more I wish I could have kept my order. I think I'm gonna have to seriously think about picking her up sooner rather than later, Exclusive or not. As long as space permits that is.

No problems with the belt either, though I had a swine of a time trying to fit the footpeg into the base, took a lot of careful tiny movements so I didn't break anything.
