Eyes weren't aligned right. Now they're perfect!

Geno if you post a picture you might give some ammo to guys dealing with SSC customer service department getting told their missaligned eyes are normal

If they're both in good shape I'll keep them both. I'll keep one boxed up for awhile and use it to trade to another member or collector for somthing else I want later down the road.

I received one with severe eye misalignment too. SS sent me another but it arrived broken. Today I received a third head and it's finally perfect. Now ranks as one of my favorite pieces.

Yeah, I feel bad for others. But I got screwed multiple times in the past (Superman Ex PF, Deadpool, Poison Ivy, Galactus) so it's refreshing to finally have a statue without any significant issues.

Yeah, I've never heard of SSC charging a customer return shipping on a damaged item before.

Oops. Missed this. That really puts you in a pickle. Try talking to a manager. Maybe they can do something for you.

That's a serious issue if peeps start receiving googly eyes and SSC doesn't replace the head sculpts or refuses to pay return shipping. That said, I haven't seen alpha's G Hulk head sculpt so I can't speak on it having googly eyes or not.

OK, just saw the pic. The iris is certainly off on one eye. One is perfectly centered and the other one touches the top of his eye lid. It's definitely off and gives it a googly appearance. It wouldn't surprise me if all of them look like this. SSC's QC is questionable at best on some runs. That said, just because they are off on all of the statues doesn't mean that it's not a defect. I'd try and talk to a manager and get them to pay for the return shipping if you are not happy with it.

Please keep in mind that it doesn't help you case when you post that you think he's great and he's one of your best statues so far. When it's all said and done though, the eyes are definitely off IMO. It's not glaring, but it's certainly there.

Maybe you could negotiate a partial refund and use the money to have the eyes repainted? Just a thought.
