But why did the Hulk rip Wolverine in half?

Which is why we haven't seen it and probably won't for awhile. You have to remember that fans having been calling for a Planet Hulk/World War Hulk piece from Sideshow for a while now and it wasn't until we were asking for Ultimate pieces and Marvel Zombie pieces that we found out this:

You are correct in that it is a licensing issue. Marvel considers it a seperate license from the regular Universe we've been playing in.

SSC has official Marvel licenses but major crossovers and alternative universes completely different licenses. They consider PH/WWH a different license, MZ a different license and UMU a different license. They got the PH license (hopefully Marvel doesn't separate PH and WWH) asking for anything else at this point is premature at the least since it took so long just to get this....

Since PH/WWH happened in the "offical" AKA 616 Marvel Universe it falls under SS's license. Marvel Zombies and the Ultimate Universe are not part of the 616 universe so that's why they don't fall under SS's license.

This is how Marvel licenses operate. It was explained a few years ago by BOWEN.

I have a feeling that a majority of the people who order this are only doing so with hopes of it being the next hulk vs. spiderman statue. I guess that's how it goes, but it kinda sucks that it'll drive up the ES.

yep, though i'll be ordering this one anyway, i can't see it making GRAIL status, since the es will be to large and the characters aren't as iconic as the original hulk and spidey dios.
though it could depend on if they make an exclusive and again the es??

just wish people would order just to please themselves instead of for the secondary market
