I'd say it is. It doesn't get the love it deserves but it's right up there with my favorite VS dios.

LOL! Yeah, if I remember correctly, this was the piece that stung SSC and started the NRD. So many peeps ordered this dio then cancelled when the ES was announced. They got stuck with a lot of these collecting dust in their warehouse.
