I have had low numbers and high numbers. I tend to order early and live in California. There's no way of knowing what number you're going to get.
Its funny that many people cancel if they see a high ES but for me there's a much greater chance that I'll end up owning it if they make a lot of them.
Lower ES = higher $$$ and so far I just haven't justified keeping any "grails" I've owned when I realize that $500-$1000 is just sitting on my shelf. It never seems worth it and of course if I do something stupid and break one then I'm really screwed. A $750 replacement purchase just wouldn't be my cup of tea.
I've owned the Grey Hulk PF, Exc. Cap PF (twice), Negative Zone Spidey (okay that one I bought for no other reason than to flip), and now the Exc. Thor PF. Thor's already for sale (and I actually *didn't* intend to flip it when I bought it) leaving only the Frodo PF being in my possession.
And I've got Frodo because I like the statue well enough, won't cost an arm and a leg to replace if something ever happens, and if I splash coffee on him you probably wouldn't notice.
In summary if PH dio has such a high ES that it becomes a $200-$299 item then I might just keep it. $425 or more and it might fund some SSC GI Joes instead.

EXACTLY!!!!! I too did the same. I just couldn't pass up the deal. The tracking number is what sold me all the way! The seller also have 3 Iron Man Comiquettes Exclusives and 2 Spidey Vs. Hulk Dios!!! The paint looks a little funny on them, but it's probably just the camera!
