YEah I hear they were dropping the price down soon,a Killzone bundle would be sweet. The Beta demo is really fun, controls seem just a tad loose but everything else is running pretty smoothly. Visuals are great!

Glad to hear that, the graphics are awesome for a handheld.:)

So I'm looking over the launch titles for PS4, and even though I'm getting a system at launch I don't really see anything that interesting. I guess Knack is the only game that is really my style, since I prefer action/rpg/puzzle games. I'm not really into the titles that are launching. I wonder how long before FFXV and KH3 come out. As much as I dislike Xbox One, they do have a couple of launch titles that interest me. This might be what motivates me to buy FFXIV, so I can have something to play on PS4 while I wait for more games to come out. lol. (I'm probably missing a larger list of launch games.. but I've only seen what's listed on Amazon so far).

you're right, the Launch titles on the PS4 are "meh" according to Nintendo ..
i aint buying any of its launching exclusives, because they are not interesting

Xbox one, even though i didn't preorder it have the better launch games

All three of the new generation consoles have uninteresting launch titles, imo. Nintendo is starting to get some interesting stuff out slowly, but I'm not interested in buying a Wii U enough yet. My most anticipated release isn't even for PS4, it's for PS3, lol. I'm guessing the launch titles are going well over all though. I just hope this isn't a sign of what PS4 titles are going to look like overall and it will be more diverse and less "blockbuster" oriented. Maybe I should just switch to PC, lol.

Cancelled my PS4 launch pre-order on Amazon. Some lucky person will be getting an upgrade to a launch!

I'm not sure about FFXV, but KH3 is a LONG ways off. From what I hear, they made a demo for E3 just to have something to show off for Sony, but the game didn't even exist at the time. The trailer was literally hobbled together for E3 and tha was the only form the game existed as. The "gameplay" shots weren't even real.

Well hopefully it won't be too terribly long. I'd like to think Amazon wouldn't have a place holder for it if it wasn't intended to come out within the next 12 months. Who knows, I guess it could be 18 months from the sounds of E3. FFXV within the next 6 months would be nice but I think that's wishful thinking?

What's the release date for the Lego Marvel game? GS shows in December but the 360 version comes out in October or so say GS. I know Ghosts, BF4, and Killzone are just trying to figure out how many games I might have on the 15th.

If you already have an upgradable PC, and a PS3, and PS4 doesn't interest you at the moment why not just wait abit for PS4 to fall in price, and get it then if you are interested. If not just stick to PC since there isn't much exclusive announced.

Well, my PC is pretty cheap, so I would need to upgrade, but I've thought about it. I think I'm still onboard for consoles because of console exclusive games. However, I think things will change more after this generation of consoles. I'm just hoping for some really cool platform, rpgs, action, and puzzle style games that have always made PS my favorite console.

Hope so but those days seem far and gone .

It does seem that way, which has me questioning my PS4 preorder. It seems like the games that this industry was built on just aren't a big deal anymore. Yeah.. I think I might just stick with Nintendo/PC and wait and see what happens with PS in the next year. Someone is about to get a launch upgrade on Amazon! lol.

Consoles always has the edge due to exclusive titles, but then, even for Sony themselves, they had to make exclusives separately from their PS3 & Vita system, for example the Killzone & Valkyria Chronicles series, they had to make VC1 PS3 ex & VC2 PSP/Vita ex, when they could easily port the handheld ver to PS3, same goes for Super Robot Wars series, they had to make them handheld exclusive then suddenly come up with sequels on PS3, so if you want to play all you'd have to buy both systems.

At a press conference in Japan, Sony has just announced a brand new PlayStation Vita. The new model is 20 percent thinner and 15 percent lighter than the first-generation Vita, measuring 15mm thick and weighing 219 grams. It has 1GB of built-in storage, Micro USB charging, and an all-new LCD display — the previous model used OLED. Despite being thinner and lighter, Sony says the new model will last an extra hour on its built-in battery, bringing the total battery life up to six hours.

If they sorted them analog sticks out by making them bigger I would of definity bought one. I would of loved my Vita if it wasn't for them, I found them to frustrating to control. Maybe it's just me, or even better you could use your Ps controller with it.

I just want to know if the change from OLED to LCD screen is a bad thing.

A lot of people say it's a "step down" but I've seen others say how bad the quality of the OLED screens have been. *shrugs*

I thought the OLED screen on the Vita was awesome. We'll have to wait & see the side by side comparisons, it'll be interesting

If you've never played on an OLED screen, it'll be fine. But I think most people who own the original Vita will not get the new one. I know I was all for the new one until I read it was an LCD screen, then I lost all interest. The Vita OLED is gorgeous.

On another note, I am all for PS Vita TV. I like the idea of remote playing PS4 from any TV in the house. Will pick that up whenever it's released.
