I just can't get over that face.

Ugh, I really want a Poison Ivy PF, but I hate those big eyes, small lips, and MJ nose.

It reminds me of Christina Ricci, and I don't think that's the ideal Poison Ivy face.

Damn i actually love the face. I'm sure some peeps would want as generic a supermodel face as possible but I dig the sculpts with some unique looks like this, storm, and the new scarlet witch(though I'm not getting scarlet).

Poison Ivy is the best female Sideshow statue I've seen so far, just hoping she comes out looking as good as her proto.

I set my self up to not be surprised at an ugly face since everyone pegged this as awesome before even seeing the face clearly. I even thought it'd be kind of funny given the hype. Then I saw the full pic and I was surprised. Yeah she's slightly cartoony, but she's a comic character. Face looks great.

I actually dig the Ivy face and the Storm Face. For some reason the Scarlet Witch head seems oddly shaped to me though, I think it's the cheek bones but I could be off.

I want to see the Storm painted though.

Yeah, I'm ok with Ivy and Storm but Scarlet Witch's face just bugs me. Wish they had a COH for that, then I may have picked it up with Vision on tow.

Oh don't play that card because it has nothing to do with that. The reason people get upset is because they don't look like the iconic art of those characters.

Well most iconic comic book art does have a supermodel vibe with not a ton of ethnicity showing through.

I strongly agree. Hell, no one will ever be able to tell me that Silvestri and Turner didn't base their design for Witchblade on porn star Chasey Lain.

Characters with longevity to then, like Ivy, will have multiple incarnations that they're look is based on throughout the years and this statue is no different. It just so happens that I think Ivy is being based on Lily Cole this time and I'm totally fine with that
