Truly, some people literally can not be pleased. Everyone thinks each statue should confirm to THEIR version of beauty, and that version changes from person to person. Impossible.

Any given sculpt can have only one face, or at most two depending on the figure, and this is what we're getting. Buy or not-buy, there is no try.

Pass. I am saving my $$ for Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman. Also, I STRONGLY prefer mixed media on PFs. I guess they couldn't really do that with this piece so I am sort of "meh." Nice sculpt tho but she's not important enough for me to commit to.

And this right here proves that you can't make everyone happy. Most people have been complaining for years to remove mixed media in some PFs. It finally happened but there will always be people that want fabric.

Yep... still looks pretty good to me.

It just seems like everyone wants the sculptor to tweak their favorite feature, regardless of the fact that said tweaks would merely anger someone ELSE. So everyone is still not going to be happy, for everyone to be happy is almost not possible.

Is it really most people though? Or is it that those who complained, really complained...over, and over, and over...? There's obviously a lot of people who don't like cloth, but there are many who do. With there being less clothed statues nowadays, the tide of complaints seems to be reversing to the other side of the argument.

It's just the ones who don't shut up. There are times when it's not feasible, but that's not what they're complaining about.

It's the kind of reply you get from someone who doesn't understand what's so cartoonish about her face.

Go for a walk.

It's not about aging. It has nothing to do with her skin. It's her bone structure. I never said it looks completely like a cartoon. I said it looks cartoonish. To quantify, maybe 15% cartoon and 85% realistic.
It would look better if she had more jawbone.

I thought you meant her bone structure, and I thought you were saying she looked too young. I couldn't see it. Still can't. I can't see the cartoonishness either. Unless you mean that she's painted. I concur that she doesn't look like a Hot Toys figure. Or a real person. Nothing about the raw sculpt strikes me as unrealistic, though.

Not even her ginormous knockers?

I don't recall saying that she looked too young, but that she looks a bit too cartoony to look real. Other people did say she looked too young. I may have, as I somewhat agree with that, but mostly it is the proportions of the face that don't look real to me. It looks pretty, but it just doesn't look real enough in the face to draw me in and blow me away. It has the sort of face that seems nice to look at from a distance, but doesn't really entice or seduce. It lacks enough realism to evoke emotional depth. The Vamp PF, esp the EX, has depth to draw you in, as does the reg head. The Scarlet Witch has it, as do many others. This looks similar in style to Jessica Rabbit, while not being the same style.
I like it, but I don't love it. This is fortunate, because too much is coming then. If nothing else was coming, I'd seriously consider buying it, but it isn't great enough for me to consider saving up, as it isn't a must. Vamp was a must. The AH pieces were a must. Again, to those who like this style, it is nice that you have a piece like this. There aren't many pieces done in this style, and as far as that goes, it is interesting.

I myself don't care for fabric, but for this one they should have used real leafs. I'm sure pissed about it. On a real note I think she awesome and I'm glad I got her on the pre. Now I want a Deadshot.
