The EX is clearly better IMO. Maybe those pics will prove and remind some exactly what the difference is. Unfortunately it is too late for some unless you can't live without what's better. (eBay)

I got the ex preordered but frankly i would have been fine with the regular. It's really not a big deal for this statue. This ex or fail nonsense is nothing more than gloating

I don't know. And I'm not gloating here but I think if I missed out on the EX and had to settle for the reg I would feel like I missed out knowing the EX is out there. Mine has live man-eating plants and yours doesn't. You know everyone who has an EX will display it that way... With the EX!

LOL... So far I totally agree with this for the entire DC line. Joker's switch out head is fine, but nothing spectacular (the hammer would have been better). Ivy is only slightly nicer with the switchover plants. Batman, well I have the regular on PO, and though I would have like the switch out Batarang hand it isn't so amazing that I have to track it down and pay $200-$500 more for it.

Oh don't get me wrong the switchout head on the Reg Batman is enough to get me to love it, and the Joker looks truly evil enought in the Reg version. I am just saying that the Exs could have used a bit more push. Batman on PO and Joker on the way...

Honestly, I got a GREAT deal on a regular, and figures it was either Joker or Skaar who I would buy. So Joker is on the way to go along with my Batman PO, and as I figure it would go better with the collection I am building so far. However, if I don't love it on its own I will try to pass that GREAT deal on to another boardie and then go get me a Skaar.

I like visions. Anytime there is an alternate portrait I'm down.
Shaak Ti has Starkiller's saber.
Well I like the Vision EX too but the consensus seems to be that most people hate it.
