A master painter's job is not to paint to the best of their ability. It is to paint something that can be mass produced and within a budget. Therefore, it shouldn't be considered nuts to expect prototype quality.

Agreed I don't see why some people are going bat **** some badly done photo. The eyes do look a bit funny because of the angle. Lighting looks awful and looks like midget took that photo or the statue is in a really high wall unit.
Sdcc are done at eye level and natural light.

And Don probably the best photographer on this board IMHO.

Now now people like take off our batman spandexs and stop panicking.

i think everyone on this thread probably has a joker pf by now i wouldnt worry too much though, with 2500 es the reg will stay at retail price for a while so you have time.

I won't be buying this piece but I don't think there is anything wrong with the paint job. With a complete ES of 4000 pieces (lol ridiculous IMO) I don't think anyone needs to worry about being able to find a replacement if they don't like the one they get. SS is always decent about exchanges. I think her eyes look just fine...? And PS, even though Rogue PF came out with a s@&t paint job, she still sold out... er... eventually. Anyway, not buying her but she looks fine to me.
