Even more confusing is when I preordered Ivy, I had to switch the card which I used to preorder, I did it over the phone. Apparently they never charged me the NRD:-( so imagine how confusing it is to get a NRD charge notice for poison ivy yesterday ($35)! on top of the full charger for the balance. Yay me:)

All I know is she's paid for. It's just a matter of waiting.

Although I thought she was already delivered to their facilities months ago. Remember when they posted that on their Facebook page? Did they have to resend back?
 
I only have the "shipping soon" on my SS account so far. No charge yet. Oh well. Delayed again. No surprise.

Someone told me yesterday that when it says "shipping soon" your card was charged. Isn't that how it works?

Normally I get an email from SS stating that I've been charged. Unless they don't do that anymore, because I didn't receive that email yet. I hope you're right though, because I've been waiting forever for my Ivy! Lol

Oh and I'm not on flex pay, if that means anything. (Full payment)
 
Check your card to see. sometimes there's a bit of delay with charging and SS sending notice. It's for almost 3,750 people. trying to do that and not make too many errors is tough.

My card was charged, SS send an email. Shipping in the next 2-3 working days.
 
Weird. Sideshow has a pending charge on my card, but hasn't actually gone through with it. I called my Amex customer service and they said it's been approved on their end, so it's SS that's dragging their asses for some reason.

I wonder if a whole bulk of Ivy's showed up with cracks and/or flaws and SS is delaying their charges for them at the very last minute??

Agree. Pretty much every charge I make says pending in my account for a day or two. Even had one Amazon charge pending for five days. People need to just relax a bit.
