I finally caught my first Pikachu this morning!

Congrats!

Nice. Luckily I got a coupe but not even close to evolving him yet. Its funny where we go there are a lot of people spread out so when something rare pops up somebody screams the name out and everyone starts running. Happened last night with a Charmander.

Haha that's cool. I'm also trying to catch enough to evolve my Pika -still need about 5 more though!

I think I've seen Pikachu greyed out nearby about 3 times but never got him. I feel like I got really lucky today. Doubt I'll ever get enough to evolve him though.

We got a Pikachu driving home from our normal spot once... no stops or lures or anything close just a dark empty street so you never know when they will show up.

I hatched my first 10k egg and it was an eevee. All of my rage : guess i had to have some bad luck after all the good stuff I found on a Maryland trip. Aerodactyl (in the bathroom no less ) , Machop, Horsea, Shellder, Bulbasaur, Jigglypuff, Abra, Tentacool, Psyduck, Pinsir and a Charmander that appeared for a friend but never me! :

I've hatched 60 eggs and about 6 of those have been 10k eggs. I think 3 have been Eevee. I just hatched another 10k egg this morning--another ****ing Eevee. Still haven't gotten Snorlax out of one.

Hey, don't knock it. I've heard that Scythers can be relatively common, but I've never been able to find one up here. Meanwhile Electrobuzzes are all over the place, haha. Ive saved up 7 myself just incase they ever introduce trading.

There are some ive basically given up on ever getting. Like Electrode, Weezing, Dragonair, or Magneton. Ive only seen a single instance of their non-evolved state in the wild, so I have no clue how il ever evolve them. Same with the main three (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charizard).

Though I see this game tanking hard when it starts getting cold next month.
