Zangief is now slated to ship by February due to the Chinese new year. The red fingernails will be left as is, or else fixing it entails another month's delay, according to Jerry.

I think a repaint of the nails and teeth to a matte dark gray would make him look meaner, and less tacky.

For those who are on the fence, cancel it, and let somebody who wants it, have it. This won't ever be as popular as Ryu or Akuma.

I ordered the EX of which only 75 were produced. Should I keep it or not? I'm on the fence about it now, I preferred the red hair and blue belt.

I'm lucky to get the Mecha Zangief since it's so rare. Not that I'm going to sell it but it could surpass Akuma I think.

Has anyone received any news or updates from Sideshow about the Zangief PF? I have the reg ordered w/ SS using FlexPay and my last payment, which was scheduled for 1/20/10 wasn't drafted. I didn't receive an e-mail about issues w/ my credit card or an update on the products status. Did anyone receive a 18 day notice or hear anything?

I have the EX Ryu Vs Sagat dio ordered and I know that was pushed back until April. I'm thinking Zangief is gonna get pushed back too.

Thanks for the info. I guess there was a slight delay, but nonetheless I made sure the funds are available for Zangief. Thanks again. $374+ all at once for this guy is A LOT of money$$$$ when you think about it. Using Flex Pay makes it sting a little less for me. I have the Shin Akuma bust and the reg Akuma bust ordered and they're processing this week/weekend too. I guess Sideshow gets their money one way or another. No dinero=no repair'o .

DAAAYUUM!! 30lbs. If this is what SS is gonna charge for, I'm gonna get it up the you know what. I live in CA so they're going to charge me approximately $30 in taxes on top of that too.

Is your shipping notice from SS or from a different retailer? SS normally ships through UPS right? They've shipped using UPS for everything I've ordered from them in the past.
