Gold, Jerry.

People like you are pathetic. "Oh hey, I am going to make fun of someone for liking a different dolly than me!"

Do you make wise cracks at people liking food you don't like? Do you roll down your window and laugh at someone driving a car you don't like? Do me a favor and try that. See what happens.

I agree, but that doesn't start shipping until a few weeks, right? She should be nominated for the next poppies.

Which I guess is why she was excluded, most people won't have her yet. Also maybe because NECA's Ripleys were the first officially licensed figures with Weaver's likeness and there have been Linda Hamilton figures before so she's less of a novelty.

But technically the Sarah figure is still 2015, it's on her boot and it'd be a shame if it disqualifies her from nomination in the next one.

I think it would be a MUCH fairer fight if it would be Sarah vs. ALIEN Ripley. Whatever paint apps worked on that figure didn't translate to the Aliens one. The Alien Ripley is, to be frank, the better figure compared to the Aliens one and it's a right shame she didn't end up on there.

The hole on the back isn't noticeable on the shelf. I'm not really sure what you mean by lack of paint on joints, do you mean the joint pegs? The joints are painted and matched to the area of the color of the suit. The pegs are the ones that are off in a few spots. Red pegs when they should have been blue etc.... I think that is the biggest issue of the figure, but I think it gets overlooked because of the great articulation, posing possibilities and the overall sturdiness of the joints.

The hole on his back bothers me because I know is there, and right on the damn spider logo, and the worst part is the reason the hole is there. All because Hasbro reused an old body instead of filling in the hold or giving the figure a new sculpt. The red pegs is also unforgivable because how cheap are they that they can't even paint then so that it matches the rest of the blue costume :dunno IMO, what should have been a great figure is now a decent figure.
