Fully recommended. Bought mine on AliExpress, specifically from this seller (with some coupons I ended up paying like 63€):

My last samurai with the Archtoys sculpt

Hope you enjoy

looks amazing

Mine finally arrived (thanks to @Marcelo.br) who recommended me that great seller from ali Express

Probably this is the best mass product Nathan Algren sculpt up to date but also it's far from being perfect

Like everyone else I also think that the hair seem its a complete No go and needs to be repaired, but the most important issue for me is that the price is a little bit to high for that kind of paint job..

Edit: here on my custom armor

I finally received my Archtoys headsculpt and I was worried I'd have to touch it up a lot after seeing some of the pictures in this thread, but the huge close-ups and the unflattering flash photos really don't do it justice. I took some pictures from the normal distance where one would expect to be looking at their figures (I don't usually look at my figures touching my nose to them) and I find that the hairline gap is barely if even noticeable at all, and the skin color (at least on mine) is not as chalky as some of the ones I've seen here. I'm sharing my picture here (sorry for the low quality) for those that may be on the fence for this sculpt (also sharing Sekiro and Jin Sakai figures since they're in the same display). Enjoy!

Doesn't seem to be able to be zoomed in for some reason, here's the link to the larger version : h ttps://i.imgur.com/2nyxa8x.jpg (without the space at the beginning).

I was able to pick up a Katsumoto Poptoys ex030 locally for a good price :)

Unfortunately a few pieces of the gold highlights on his armour have fallen off :(

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue with their figure and what would be the best glue or method to attach them back on the armour?

Thanks in advance.

I know that Poptoys already reissued the "Devoted Samurai" figure around 3-4 years ago but even still it's retailing on Ebay for like $800 right now which is insane. Are they likely to reissue it a third time? There's clearly a market for it. Or should I just bite the bullet now?

Idk what they've been up to recently but it looks like they're slowing down, they only released one figure in 2023 and two in 2024.

I’d be really surprised if they did. They seem to be trekking down their dark fantasy line of samurai, ronin & ninja.

That said, I could see another manufacturer taking up the cause, altho who knows for sure?

In this economy, my guess is that you could pick one up if you watch the forum or eBay. I do t think resale on pop toys is hateful. They are quality figures. I have the Good Samurai, the Ogre, the Silent Houbd, and the WW Musashi
