For the last time roi=return on investment/invested capital. What the hell u talk in Apr for which is associated with credit cards. Gross profit margin calculated the same way. Why do u mix borrowing terms with return/profit. It makes no sense so stop slinging stones u moron. If u want to talk with the big boys pay for a freakin education. I am quite sure u have areas of expertise that I don't know about, and I sure wouldn't be stupid enough to attack u on said areas. Me too but I hate that I started this thread. I feel bad I got into this **** with that dude. I mean no ill will against him. With him being on this site, I can infer that I have more in common with him (collecting action figures) then my own sister. He just caught me off guard and won't stop. Have a good life man, I collect action figures just like you. I got it u hate accountants and u think were a waste. Happy now. And if u think I am such a fake retard file a complaint with the state of California.. they issued me the license after passing 4 extremely hard tests, and serving time as a public auditor for 3 years. They dont just give the license away. Since u never said what you do I assume your not proud of it and have to bash other peoples jobs who u perceive to be in a better situation then u. Wow, that was a heck of a response. Not quite sure how to respond to that one so I'll just say this. Nobody here gives a rats *** if you are a CPA what they do care about is you coming on here with a "know it all" attitude and basicly calling everyone idiots for giving away their money to Sideshow. Ok, I guess you got me on that one. I got to the thread late so my post was after most of the commotion so I will be happy to move on.
Again I apologize if I came off as arrogant; reading back on a few of my post it came off as a lecture. I can see why people may have been offended, but I was just trying to explain myself when questioned. I am sorry! I really did want to help, I am not paid to have tact when it comes that sort of advice. They just ask me to tell them the impact. Also my dad just had a heart attack 4 days ago. I haven't got much sleep between the hospital and work. I really appreciate this forum and how helpful most members are. I should not have engaged in a verbal argument, nor posted something in the thread that instigated a response. I just didn't realize that a simple statement about money would set people off.

Sorry to hear about your dad, I hope he gets better. I lost my dad 3 months ago so I know the feeling. This is a very strange place and you never know what will set people off but its also a great place to chat... you just need to let people get used to you a little.

My wife tells me she is a Pro but I still don't know what job she has, I know she does a lot of miles per year but the pay is good so i can't complain but she says the hours Suck
