This thread looks like it's starting to become something that ought to be moved to comerce, but with the present rules INS doesn't have enough privileges. I'm not gonna start casting aspersions but it strikes me as something of a coincidence that mikenice (11 posts) starts a thread and within two replys the 'manufacturer' pops up asking people to PM him... tread very carefully people!

:rotfl

I was thinking the same thing. Very funny coincidence that something we've never talked about before shows up and then just a bit later, the maker appears.

i know some of you guys would think of it as something silly or would find it a coincidence. Let me clear out something so that you guys would understand...

Earlier, i was randomly browsing the Statue Forum using my personal account and while browsing, i found a link leading to this forum. After registering i found out that someone has just posted a thread regarding one of our products that was listed on ebay. since i was alarmed by what was happening i immediately responded to the thread and clarified the issue and claimed the custom piece to be a work of our studio. Sorry guys if some of you find it happening coincidentally but it is really true that i just joined this forum a while ago. No harm meant guys and more power to sideshowcollectors.....:D

Well we wouldn't have the word coincidence if they didn't happen!
I was just pointing out, that like most forums there are rules and criteria for trading, and I would personally advise ANYONE trading with someone who has no known history to use a third party, eBay for example, use a credit card (you can kiss your debit-card money goodbye) or Pay-Pal and if you havent received your goods by the complaints date (I think it's 45 days with Pay-Pal) lodge your complaint NO MATTER WHAT YOUR DEALER SAYS OR CLAIMS, as you can always drop a claim later, but after that date you can't start one.

This isn't directed at you at all INS you may be a completely legit company, lets face it SS, HT and all the biggies had to start somewhere, but they're just sensible rules to keep your cyber shopping happy!

ok sir wookster, no harm done....anyway, i agree with you sir with regards to being cautious with buying statues online...thanks sir wookster...:D

You're welcome, but there's no need for the Sir, here in the UK I'd need to be Knighted to hold that office, and with my republican leanings that ain't gonna happen anytime soon.
As I say, no hard feelings, just doing my job, Wookster, cyber-cop!:chew:rotfl

ok wookster the cyber-cop....see you around....:banana:banana:banana

Perhaps a link to the Statue Forum thread about this bust would help clarify matters?

I apologize for the wary nature of the discussion about the piece and I'd hate to discourage a new member, especially one that makes such nice things - but we have had some questionable items coming from the Philippines and since you're located there, there is bound to be some skepticism.

Thanks for the support Darklord Dave..anyway, i just want to clear to all of you guys that no such threads about our projects are currently posted at the Statue Forum (at least, last time we checked, no such threads exists). The reason would be, i prefer doing transactions discreetly (such as through PM, emails, etc.) so as to avoid any unnecessary issues..

I understand perfectly and am aware of the current issues that some of my fellow countrymen are encountering, especially with regards to exporting certain products..

INS is a newly founded group of artists here in the Philippines that would just want to showcase their talents.. Coming from a fellow collector myself, its been a dream of mine to personally create life size projects..that's why i formed INS..

We are currently constructing a website to showcase our works, i'll keep you all posted when its up and running..thanks!:D

You guys better be thankful this bust showed here. I saw this from another forum and I wanted to post about it weeks ago.

I think the list is almost full too. Good luck INS

Thanks a lot for your support TOE...it means a lot to us...:D

Definetly, would like it if Predator was in the official font on the plaque as well. If your engraving machine is able to do that. Is easy to find on the net with the name "invisible killer"

thanks Nocturne for the input...i will try to incorporate that font to my next predator pieces....thanks:D

No problem, you do good work :) just those little touches can make a good piece into a great one, looking forward to seeing more of your output. Do you have any plans to make the elder from the end of Predator 2?

I am planning to do an unmasked Scar Predator. The Elder Predator is a good project as well. I am currently doing a life size Alien Bust by Giger. I'll try to post it as soon as it is finished.:chew

to all those who Pm'd with regards to the bust, i replied to you guys already..thanks guys.....:lol

But... Dave was asking for a link to the SF thread!

to ozzfan84:

sorry sir. but we DIDN'T post anything @ SF with regards to our Predator Bust, or anything about our studio. Actually, INS is not yet a member of SF. Thanks!:D
