Nice. I've been in for sinus surgery once. They stuck the camera up my nose to see what was wrong and I chickened out. I'm getting ready to paint a Narin Wolf for someone here myself. Forgot how much work true garage kits are. Lol!

I kind of get why ppl are mad, but those folks were gladly willing to pay what SS was asking for it at full retail, and all of us that ordered with the discount would not have ordered otherwise. I know if SS cancels my order and claims glitch, I won't be re-ordering. That will be a big chunk of lost income if they cancel all the discounted orders.

Well - to be honest - it's NOT.

I feel bad for everyone (well - most ) who ordered at full price - but especially Matt (Python). Matt put so much of his heart and soul into this piece, helping people here & on Statue Forum, posting helpful comparison photos, providing volumes of reference material to Sideshow's art-director (can't remember his name? - ergo?) to help them to address errors when this was pulled initially, calming the waters when ignorant gits got pissy . . . PLUS - he's a damn nice guy! (* I'm thinking of sending him a fruit basket in compensation *)

If it wasn't a system error (still possible until people get shipping/tracking confirmation), Sideshow must have thought through the implications.

I'm sure EVERYBODY was as shocked as me.

After 2 years+ of back/forth deliberation (like so many of us) - Matt ordered just a few hours before the 20% discount offer came available.

Typical Matt - he's NOT bitter - but there are plenty of us that feel he was the one that REALLY derserved some sort of discount.

It would be nice if Sideshow singled him out for extra-special treatment/discount for all he's done (for them AND us).

Yeah, it sucks for those who didn't get it, but we don't have all the answers to why it happened. The discount could of been a glitch and Sideshow will be refunding those discounted orders in the coming days. If not, man up and take the hit with some grace.

Poor guy, well I hope it works out for the ones who bought it at full price because to me thats ripping pple off, I mean if think about it those are the pple who stood by while other hated this piece before it came out. But whatever hope everyone gets what they want!!!
