I suspect they won't have any at this point though, they seem to make less these days going on my experience with both Alien LSB's. Nice to know they are sending replacement heads out at least. I've sent another message just in case he didn't get it for whatever reason, I might live chat just to let them know I have issues with mine so I don't miss the deadline.
 
What quills? Lol! I keed! I can remember using needles as quills for one of my pred busts. That thing was DANGEROUS.

Need help!!!! Listen today I contacted side show about the discount that people received and I was one who ordered it with out a year ago anyways I am reaching out to ask for help I talked to a lady today a manager at side show and never in my life have I been so humiliated and angry. It is not about the discount its about her closing my account. This is how it started I began to ask her why pple received a discount she said it was a few from a selected group which was bs I told her that she began to talk over me and not let me get a word edge wise in and finally I told her the situation was ****ed up and she immediately said your account is closed I will not accept you using profanity toward us and others. I only said the situation was ****ed up not toward anyone I was very calm and even said sorry however she kept saying its to late and acted like I was lucky to be getting statues from side show not the other way around. So I am trying to get contact information to someone at side show who I can trust and that they could see that this manager was very rude from the start. I hope someone who reads this could help me because I really do not care about the rewards or nrd money lost I care about how customers are treated and I couldnt even argue my point it was like either you accept this or you are not going to order from us again. I never even asked for my account to be closed. However this manager was insisting that I was wrong and that she was right. The next thing I new she closed my account and rudely hung up on me. Any help to whom to contact or write a letter to would help out a great deal!! matt uribe
 
Not a good idea to use profanity towards any Customer Service Rep.

The discount is a selling tool they've used for a long time.
If you decided to ordered early, and secure your Ex, they are not under any obligation to apply the discount to your order.

Lots of people pick up items later for less, from all kinds of companies.
 
It is not about the discount man I never used profanity toward another individual I said the situation was ****ed up thats all I can care less about the discount she was not giving me any answers just telling me this is how it is like or not I was calm never once yelled she started saying I yelled and was using profanity the third time in which was not the case I said those two things I do not want a bs answer and that situation was ****ed up. I get I can buy any where however my point is this manager was not a good person from the start making it seem Like I owe them for making me a statue I wish you could of heard I just want to write a letter about there customer service manager I was very nice to each customer service agent I just wanted answers and she would go around the question. Anyways I am just angry that pple get treated this way and then hung up on I can understand if I was being rude however I even apologized when I told her this situation was ****ed up. Anyways I really feel they need a lot of work dealing with customers every time I contact them they are out for themselves and not to make the customer happy thats why I get frustrated. Anyways thanks for getting back to me
 
If it's not about the discount why did you call them and demand answers?

I'm not getting into this with you but every time I've spoke with a CS Rep they've been extremely helpful.
I am always very polite and clearly state the reason I am contacting them.

Apart from the delays over the last few weeks I don't have a bad word to say about them.

I wish you luck but if it was a manager who closed your account it could be hard to get that decision reversed.
 
Exactly what was the nature of the phone call then if it wasnt to cry about not getting the discount?

You missed out deal with it, not everyone is entitled to a trophy in life and they by no means really need to give you an explanation....
 
see you dont understand I did not miss out on a deal I ordered it before any one or the majority then that discount came up it has nothing to do with this discount I called them to understand why a discount was given thats all she had no explanation for me and when she fumbled over her words for the fifth or sixth time got angry with me and then started to say I am a angry customer yelling and demanding things, listen if you were there u would understand I was not trying to get a discount I was asking her to explain it to me. Plus I was on this forum when the discount hit she tried to tell me a certain group gets it which was bs because I ordered again and that discount poped up for me thats why I was upset she tried telling me that only a few got it however a lot of pple on here got it before they caught it so please darb get ur facts straight anyways I was just asking for some help
 
I am not trying to argue with you or get my account back I can care less about statues its about the way u get treated, not a discount not anything but respect and you cross that line thats it. Some pple on here are amazing how you say I had a great experience with them I too had that but does not mean I just had an awful experience I wanted help to contact them so I can write a letter u missed the whole point collectorcol. You man have gotten treated great i am happy for you however I did not get that treatment it only takes one bad time to ruin an experience I have collected through them for years and no issues anyways no need to explain myself good luck to you
 
They really don't need to explain/justify anything to you.

It's a discount that's generated on numerous items.
Lots of people are getting 10% off The Amazing Spider-man PF, right now, and I haven't seen one person complain on that thread.

The 'certain group' that got the discount were the people who added to basket and waited for the popup code.
What more did you want her to say?
 
I've never used foul language while trying to get help from a person employed as a company representative.

If I did I would expect the same treatment you received.
 
Man you guys missed the whole point let me say this for you who have a hard time with english it has nothing to do with a discount I was not trying to get a discount I was asking her to explain it to me. Let me also say this so you guys can understand I could have gotten a discount if I ordered again so lets drop the discount ok. This is about respect you think this is about a statue or discount then u missed the point for the last time the point is I just wanted there address so I can write them and tell them my experience, if they read it great if they throw it away they are in titled to do that but i can care less about my account getting suspended it was the way it went about so lets drop this cuz obviously those who responded are missing the point
