It is not about the discount man I never used profanity toward another individual I said the situation was ****ed up thats all I can care less about the discount she was not giving me any answers just telling me this is how it is like or not I was calm never once yelled she started saying I yelled and was using profanity the third time in which was not the case I said those two things I do not want a bs answer and that situation was ****ed up. I get I can buy any where however my point is this manager was not a good person from the start making it seem Like I owe them for making me a statue I wish you could of heard I just want to write a letter about there customer service manager I was very nice to each customer service agent I just wanted answers and she would go around the question. Anyways I am just angry that pple get treated this way and then hung up on I can understand if I was being rude however I even apologized when I told her this situation was ****ed up. Anyways I really feel they need a lot of work dealing with customers every time I contact them they are out for themselves and not to make the customer happy thats why I get frustrated. Anyways thanks for getting back to me

Be happy, she did you a favor. Now you don't have to waste a few grand each month on cheaply Chinese made statues with super inflated prices based on the fake appearance of high end limited collectible, like the rest of us.

Use the money to take a vacation, or take a writing class.

you are right I was going to tell them that after she bitched me out telling me I am lucky to a customer, but held my tongue however I completely agree I prefered gg and chronicle and weta anyways but its just funny that pple comment like they were on the phone with me. No worries dawg. Also I have a masters in social work if I wanted to write for a grade I will this is just a chat not a paper my god what is wrong with some of u lol anyways peace man!
 
Speaking as a manager in the customer service field, Matt, you had this coming by dropping an f-bomb in the conversation. I would of done the same thing as a manager. I refuse to let anyone talk to my employees like that. If you know anything about customer service then you would know this. ALWAYS treat a CS representative with politeness and courtesy, 9 out of 10 times things will go your way, get angry and use profanity, nothing will go your way.

the crumb listen I said the situation was fed up thats all I said sorry to her right after I never called anyone a single name I get I messed up thats why I apologized right after please stop commenting on who is right or wrong here unless you were on the phone with me just stop. I should of never asked for anyones help damn!

I've made plenty of mistakes and learned from them, that's the knowledge I am using today. Sometimes the way the world works isn't to our liking but sadly it's the way things work and we deal with it like adults.

I am however to suspend and account that had 160 dollars of rewards and nrd worth over 200 is a bit harsh dont u think, whatever plus the whole reason for the call was because of this discount I ordered day one that it came out and post photos pple blasted my photos saying this statue has all these issues those same pple when a discount was posted all jumped on the band wagon and bought it I call asking why I did not receive a discount they gave me a bs answer only a selected few got it however it was more than a few I could of ordered it again and got it. Anyways its funny when it doesnt affect those pple they call me a whiner but if it did the tables would of been reversed just crazy. Anyways it is what it is just I learn from it and move on!
 
Hey matturibe Im with ya on this one bro. I totally understand your point of view and its all the people that loved this piece from day one and stayed loyal and put there pre-orders in should have got the discount not the haters that sit on the fence and preach all the neagative stuff about it. I got my regular edition the other day 175/1000 and im wrapped with it. We get screwed down here in oz now that the Aussie $ is crap but id rather live here then any where else in the world especially England. It seems to me that most of the people that got the discount are the ones that bagged the thing out from day one and never will be happy no matter what. There is a simple solution to people that bag products out and say this is wrong and that is wrong it should of come with this and they should of done this then DONT BUY IT!!

thank you see thats what I was trying to explain to side show and she got all mad and I called her out and she canceled my account thats why I am mad look at my post I was first to post pictures and buy this and then pple say so much **** and this statue has this and that, then the discount comes they jump on it and then love it. Thats why I contacted them I was loyal and got no discount I ask why they did receive it and end up losing my account. Thank you cutloose 78 thats what I was trying to say maybe i was not clear in my post but I was loyal. All those loyal ones who did order got the shaft plain and simple!
