I was going to pass because I didn't like the one arm look at first. Then I saw it months later and ordered straight away.

If the Maq comes out at $800-$900 I'm not sure I can justify that with a perfectly fine (but baseless) NECA on the shelf.

You could always try and make a base... the P2 maquette has a crappy looking base anyway with its random teeth and tacky looking skulls tacked onto the edge.

Yeah, I actually have a plane round black base on him right now. Looks minimal but does the job.

I love Predator and it's probably my favourite thing to collect but a lot of this one hinges on the price. With SS these day's you're never sure.

Being a Maquette though it'll be $700 absolute minimum IMO.

It's only money! Lets face it, if you were'nt gonna spend it on statues, busts or figures then it would only go on things like your wife/partner or your kids! No brainer really!

Well if ss's new trend continues... you may just see the P1 maquette being re-released. To the annoyance of those that paid no end for it on eBay I'm sure.
