I couldnt justify spending that amount of money on something I am not very passionate about, I chose the T2 combat endo and the scar bio . Now if it had been a CM pred for that price . You know id have it

The cm alien definitely isn't a better peice in terms of overall presence compared to the cm pred. There both awesome but visually I would think the predator would get more " oohs " and " ahhs " for lack of better words.

You have to remember too , the predators base in much more detailed and adds alot to the statue. Becase the cm alien is black and not as detailed as the predator in sculpt form too once its just not as awesome too look at.

I paid £500.00 for my alien cm without any delivery since I picked it up. I would of paid £600.00 and nearly did too.

I wouldn't of paid £1000.00. I couldn't of anyway but if I had it I still wouldn't of paid it.

The predator is more visually stunning imo but you have to think in most places you look now the alien can be half the price.
Although there both cinemaquettes the price difference can be huge if you find a good deal. I think the best deal ( worldwide ? ) for the predators so far is £999.99.

The best deal I have seen on the cm alien (luckily ) is actually the price I paid for £500.00.

I'm waiting for a life size predator 2 bust from sideshow and that and the hot toys predator 1 figure ( and maybe the sideshow predator 1 diorama ) will do me I think.

If I get to a point though where I can afford the price and have room for the cm predator and theres still nothing big like a lifesize bust that isn't way above retail I will probably buy it.

I guess the question is .. will this piece go way above retail price whilst I wait ?.
I think it will.


I'm still confident we will see a lifesize predator 2 bust though since they recentley made the sideshow predator 2 dio and the lifesize wolf was made.
I prefer pedator 2's facial design so I would love a bust.
