SSC Predator Diorama: is this lil' gap normal?

:) Thank you so much, guys, for the congrats!

I have a question please for those who have the same diorama...

When I attached the pin of the right foot to the tree, the other foot (left one) does not reach and become in contact with the branch and it leaves a space inbetween! Is is normal or what? I am afraid that the statue will overweight and break that attaching pin on the right foot! What do you think please?

Thank you.

Mine sits solidly on the branch. I don't know much about the process, so you may want to ask others for more info, but maybe this is as easy as using a hair dryer to very lightly soften the plastic and let gravity fill in the gap. I understand when it cools, it's stays in the last position.

Re: SSC Predator Diorama: is this lil' gap normal?

Thank you, guys! I have tried to re-place the Predator, and now, I think part o' the toes touches the branch.

Well, what do you think if I apply some superglue to the foot's bottom in order to let it completely touch the surface of the tree? I know it's gonna be permanent, but I believe it's better to divide the weight of the statue on 2 branches... :cuckoo: good / bad idea?

Doesn't superglue melt things.. It melted one of my HT Predator hands that had broken when I tried glueing it back together..

Well, I just took the risk and applied some UHU superglue to the foot that needs to be fixed and I think it's fine now!
I even used superglue to fix the canon on his shoulder. Afterall, it's a statue...I didn't see a reason its pieces should be taken apart. I know it's not gonna be entering its box again but it's okay...
:yess:

HT is made of rubber/plastic, so perhaps that's why it ruined your Predator's hand; unlike the dioramas -- made of polystone.
