Predator Masked Hunter Bust

So I've spent the better part of today trying to figure out how to add the "mirrored" effect to his lenses. I tried a whole bunch of things and came across something that MIGHT work, but need your help. I used clear plastic cups and cut out the shape of the lens, and it looks pretty good (better than without). Problem is cutting the shape of the lens is near impossible, and cutting it to fit in the groove between both lenses is even more impossible. Thoughts on how to cut a perfect shape and cut? I'm looking for a may be a more maleable plastic, but can't find anything. Also, I don't know how to get the lens to stay in place - right now the bust is lying on it's back. If it were standing up, the lens would just fall out.

I don't have an airbrush. Is that the best way to chrome something, or are there other ways to get the same effect?

Also, currently the lenses are a grid pattern, so if the grid pattern were just painted chrome, the lenses would be chromy, but also griddy, instead of smooth - if that makes sense with my made up words...

That mark between the eyes is an awful attempt of wear / blast / whatever mark. WTF Sideshow?

oh. How about trying mirror chrome tint or paper? I think you can get mirror chrome paper at michaels.

That glass is thick and holds up to 100lbs. I have just preordered a new set of three small ones. I like these tables. They sell out fast at the furniture store I buy them from.

well, after talking to a SS rep, they informed me there would be no more batches for the open ES regular coming on this, so I nabbed one for only a 8% discount, but it's already being sent to my customizer. With what I have planned for it, it will be awhile before I have any updates for it. Of course, I wouldn't be shocked if the rep I talked to was talking out of his butt, but we shall see.

As tempting as it is to jump on the waitlist, I can't jusitify paying £340+ for this importing direct from Sideshow.

Though not perfect, it still looks a very impressive piece & will propably pick it up when one appears on the Bay in a few months. Worth about £250 i'd say like the P1 LSB.

The first thing I did was crack the plasma cannon apart. I'll reposition it with the head. Nothing like having something out of the box for five minutes, only to break it on purpose. Ha ha.

I'm going to do a few touchups on the paint, and add better lenses to the bio mask.

I don't care about the lense, but dude I just broke mines and repositioned it. Lmao. Pretty easy to do.
