This is one I found 1-2 months ago at Petco..it looks incredible.

...keep in mind that 4-5 inches of it is hidden by the substrate.

The rainforest background was 10$ or under..Can't quite remember.
It looks much more vivid and detailed in real life.

Wait the classic's med kit doesn't open up? Is it removeable?
With this and the fact that 2 of the 3 super preds can't remove their bios has me thinking that either Hot Toys is getting lazy or Fox is really being douchey with their licensing copywrites.

This sucks for me because I wasn't around for the older preds

Well the non-removeable bios was a licensing thing wasn't it? As for a non-removeable, unopenable medkit (if the case) - could be a trade-off for the new body type, 2 bio masks, the hologram and LEDs etc - especially since he doesn't use the medkit in the film.

Thant's no excuse, there being lazy, they gave the Mark IV wrist rockets that were only used with the VI and Warmachine shoulder rockets that they completely made up ..why can't they give the predator his medkit, so what if he didn't use it in the movie it's still there and we all know what it's for.

well for me the medikit it's a non indispensable details

i have the jungle when i receive it i say wow cool medikit, since this day i never touch it again

sincerely i prefer they put the non battle damaged helmett ( we don't see it in the movie ) and no medikit
or the real metal blades
don't really care about the medikit

For the price of the p1 conversion kit you can turn a lame character in an iconic one.

Obviously Id prefer to have the medkit than not to have it, but Im not too fussed because I only looked at it once when I had the P1.
Its a very cool feature but not something I would ever pose him with.
I still think HTs are being a bit lazy though by not including it.

Yeah, I really like the damaged bio and arm hologram look. And the whole Predators line is going to look great when I have them all including Royce and Noland. As far as the actual P1 is concerned I'm pretty happy with that other company's figures, the company I've vowed not to mention in high end threads again.

Now after nearly 2 years im back at the forums and I'm happy to say that I just bought the Classic Predator. I mean I hoped that the Pred would look more like the prototype and after seeing the first pics from the asian collectors I was disappointed, you know because of the headsculpt and the painting. But now seeing actually the better pics, Im somehow happy again. Man, I'm soo excited! I can't wait for this Pred and I'm thinking about repainting his head.
