What's changed?

HT definitely made some changes on these !

-color of the mesh is now black
-eyes have been corrected , only the iris is yellow now.
-they painted quills on the eyebrows

Now that's what I'm talking about! Those were 2 of my complaints back then. It also looks like they fixed the paint on the forehead. Yahoo!

The eyes look to have been painted as per the prototype again, and the meshes are black.

I think that the older pics were taken of an early batch of figs that were sold at the opening of a new HT gallery/shop in Taiwan. I don't see anything different about the mesh and eyes, though, but the head has the black quill lines painted in around the eyebrows now.

Good photos make all the difference, too.

Naww the eyes have definitely been fixed. Instead of the entire eyes being yellow, now only the irises are. And the mesh is now black.

No... I think it was always HT plan, but the early Taiwan batch didn't have all the refinements of the full production batch. I hope...

The mesh is definitely black now. Its as if HTs painted it in reverse - black mesh, silver lenses. But it works. Looks much more subtle and works better in this scale now!

Thats because youre looking at the wrong mask! Classic is on the LEFT!
The old mask has silver mesh on black background(lens), new mask is black mesh on silver background(lens).
