Or we can just enjoy new and old figures.Everyone hear really sucks the fun out of having and enjoying both style's.
Agreed. Let's enjoy for having both of them.
I overlooked two more pictures in my SD card yesterday. One of them is a side view.

Now that I'm able to see real snap-shots of this thing I really am starting to dislike the face sculpt.
Really? But look at the paintjob, the amount of character in it. Anything thats off about it could be rationalised as a different expression that the real head didn't do or wasn't capable of.
You will never please everyone, no matter how good the figure is [and this one is simply brilliant]. So instead of arguing, you guys should simply pre-order this beast ASAP before it's too late.

I'll probably display this guy unmasked, since the innaccurate headsculpt is still unexplainably beautiful. If it's the best we're going to get, at least it's a definite improvement from their old stuff.
Think about what they've done here that they've never done before. Mandibles that can finally stick out due to the new helmet mouthpiece (it's a groundbreaking thing and I'm glad they eventually put something like this out), both a battle-damaged and regular mask, dreadlocks that don't flare out, metal wristblades, accurate shin armor, a new realistic body, black netting, new realistic hands, plus the blue holograms!
Throw in a kick-ass base and Sideshow exclusive Berserker skull into the mix and even at $225, we're getting a great value. With the exception of the medkit (and possible lack of plasmacaster articulation), this guy seems to come with more than the P1. Film-accurate or not, more accurate than the P1 or not, I think we can all at least agree that this piece as a figure looks better than the first one. The headsculpt has a greater sense of realism and the slightly-open mandibles give it a dynamic vibe that we haven't seen since the P2 Elder. Purely from a display standpoint, this is one of the best figures I've seen from HT. The fact that they're making the attempt to better their products is nice to know, especially since they've been covering their ears up until now. It's not 100% perfect (what collectible really is, anyway?), but it's a damn fine piece.

Agreed. Let's enjoy for having both of them.
