I strongly disagree with that based on the evidence you just provided. I'm not flipping you off BTW, I just have an exactly opposite opinion of what fine is on a $300 figure.

To D. Martin, I didn't actually mean to sound like I was attacking you. Clearly the "so deal" part gave my sarcastic remark the wrong flavor. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, devil. I do stand by what I said about quality vs. price, The Slave Leia PF is, imho, worth its price.

For what it is worth, it's a statue with a cost under $300. The paint job is fine considering that fact.

Plus, it's pretty much identical to the prototype paint.

You know, I'd love to see a Jedi version Luke PF to go with this Slave Leia piece in the exact same pose as this Attakus version, but with a blaster damaged hand instead of the gloved hand.

A little off topic, but relevant to the character in question. The forum I found it on while doing an image search for Luke guessed that this was perhaps a cut scene with Leia kissing Luke goodbye before his fateful Tauntaun ride, or that Lucas had at some point intended a love triangle thing (which was still mildly hinted at, but only to make Han jealous) before Lucas decided they were siblings.

Lucas likes to make stuff up on the fly. Like saying he always knew Vader was Luke's father and that they were siblings. It was just stuff thought up to keep it fresh.

Hi Silent, at least you have a talent that your sharing with us, your information is at least practical and important to this hobby of ours. I guess that's why we have this forum for in the first place. You do a great job with these repaints. I'm going to take your advice and tackle the Leia repaint myself one day.
Some people are on these forums just for the sake of spinning sh1t, one guy in particular has Al Pacino as his avitar. That's as far as I'll go with that.
Anyway,keep the good work coming brother!

i think both of your repaints look better than the original. the first one even looks a little like jen anniston in her slave leia . if i had the $ i would commission you too.
