I think the dolly hair, if successful, would have been an alternative. So peeps who wanted the sculpted hair would have been fine.

That the exact problem though. It's very hard to do successfully. Just like Omar said it couldn't me achieved realistically. I think that's the case for most attempts at real hair and maybe only the very best 2 or 3 efforts that I've seen are impressive IMO. And those were like one offs or very small runs. It's near impossible to do it well for a larger run. HT can't do it at that massed produced level (i.e. T-1000 Connor, Black Widow). Check out the Tony Stark in the "Best Way To Complete Your Tony" thread. At first glance it looks impressive and then the more you look at it, it looks bizarre. At least to me.

Yay, the search function here works. That wigged Stark does look a bit weird. I really wanted a different hairstyle for the biker outfit, but I guess that ain't happening with this Beatrix release. I'm guessing it's more to do with time consumption & cost that a dolly hair version is not being offered, rather than iMiniMe not having the skill to pull it off. Which is understandable.

Sorry for the delay lawrence... It was primarily due to waiting to make sure we knew the answer rather than an unwillingness TO answer.

And you are right... It came down to cost and time resources. Iminime simply has too many irons in the fire to devote the necessary time to offer real hair.
