Now I'm confused. Is this not the movie P1?! Why refer to it as the Big Game JH? Makes sense for the pose now, but no spear. Wondering if they are able to do this under the comic license. Kinda makes sense with their wall mount non-scale P2.

That must be it. Calling it a comic book piece may be the only way to do it as a normal, non-wall mounted statue.

Of course now I'm wondering if one of the switch-out hands will be holding a spear.

they nailed that open mandible head. Hopefully, the closed mouth gets refined.

this 1 looks really big in front of Bane, but its 1/4 the 1st BG Pred is with base 70cm and 1/3 scale. Is Bane so small or the 1/4 scale size of the JP not correct?
Its corious why P1 made one in 1/4 and the other 1/3 scale in the same series. I love the mask and closed mouth.

Just noticed in one of the videos that there are two small rectangular pouches sealed with an animal tooth attached to the left side of the belt, so there is some embellishment. Not sure why they did that specifically, since they can't be seen on the comic cover.

Is the hanging body on a tree a separate piece? I admit it’s cool but a little too tacky for me.

Other than that, it’s definitely the best Pred statue. I don’t even want my Sideshow one anymore.

I think it was to get around the license and they are playing dumb. Regardless, I'm really digging this statue and will be a day 1 PO for me.

So is it the comic Pred and they are planning to release one more from the movie...or it is just the way the get around the license? Everything is screaming Predator 1 except the pose. It is very confusing.

... and the actual name of the piece: "PREDATOR BIG GAME", as clearly shown on the logo near the bottom of the pic Unknown Hero posted.

Perhaps they aren't allowed to do 1:4 movie Preds indeed, and we might see a properly labeled 1:3 P1 statue down the road?

I’m going to guarantee you all those extra heads will come with the second base. There’s no way they’re going to let that second base warm shelves. They need to make it desirable for those who purchase the actual piece. The only real way to do that would be to include those additional heads with it.

On a side note, I don’t like how the blades coming out of the wrist gauntlet are spread wide apart at the ends. They should be running parallel to each other.

I still don't think it would convince people to buy. Price would be too high and the display is quite extreme, even for Predator fans. A few extra heads are to be expected with this company's products, but that extra base is pretty much a second statue. Even in the live videos posted to the P1 group, it sounds like the company still isn't sure how to handle the flayed body.

Really wonder where the best place to get this will be for Australian collectors. Popcultcha have some P1 pieces, but not the City Hunter.. hopefully it gets sorted. Might even have to night the bullet with the $440usd shipping..

I really hope Prime 1's issues in the States are sorted out, either with Sideshow carrying the new stuff or them opening a new warehouse. Don't want to miss out on this, but don't want to pay international shipping on something this massive either.

P1's economy to me in California for the City Hunter was under $100.
