It's funny that it costs more when you eliminate the middle man.
I ordered directly from Prime 1 with economy shipping to the US.
I will be waiting a long time after many have them in hand but it was so much less to ship economy. Also P1 has a low deposit amount so I can just pay that and keep my money until it is ready to ship.

They probably get a volume discount plus shipping by boat.

You'd think with the price of these that the ES would be on the smaller end. I think the new wave of collectors have deeper pockets.

Do Prime 1 generally even release an ES? I wouldn't be surprised if we never found out how many of these were made, whether there is a cap on the number or not.

every item I have seen from them, they have. They used to announce it right when their statues went up. They learned SS tactics since then.

Worked up my own scale comparison between the P1 and P2, based on the images from Prime 1's website. For some reason, the measurement they give in text (78cm to tip of spear) is different from the one in the photo. So which is it?

Hopefully someone in the Facebook group can enlighten us.

It's 60cm to the top of the head, it's 78.9cm with the combi stick. I mean it would make life so much easier for all of us if they just take a picture of them side by side for us.

I agree with Matt - the pic you copied must have an incorrect measurement - otherwise it'd make the City Hunter about 1:6 - 1:5 scale

Yeah, well we'll need Prime 1 to actually put them side by side first. It seems such an obvious thing to do, that it's worrying that they haven't done it. I'm guessing that the P2 looks noticeably smaller.

I did...but I might not be able to fit it in my display room...that thing is 42 inches tall.
