So you guys are going to miss out on this statue altogether? I understand being annoyed at what Prime 1 did, but I would hate to miss out on this piece after waiting all this time IMO.

I've ordered through Sugo when I cancelled last week. Just majorly pissed off they went ahead and charged me anyway. Huge headache for the next week or two

I'll publicly post ALL communication with them (ongoing - despite them "being on holiday") at some point if I think it will help others :)

They are accomplished lairs - I'll give them that.

Well we'll know their intentions based on how thet react to the situation. If they apologise and immediately refund all money (including the deposit), ill accept it as a genuine mistake / oversight on their behalf. However the slightest bit of "this is your fault" then ill be joining you in the boycott lmao

Emailed them a week ago asking if my original shipping quote will be honoured with zero reply.

Ive started getting responses for my emails. Seems like ill be getting my full refund and CH put on hold.

UPDATE: Got my full refund. HOWEVER, PayPal has charged me nearly $300USD in fees. So now I have to screw about getting them to reimburse me for those fees. Aint no way I'm paying anything for someone elses screw up.

Yeah, back-and-forth a bit. Ball's in their court right now.

They asked me to close my PayPal dispute/claim and then they will refund for the City Hunter (deposit + balance they took without authorisation) - you have to admire the gall of these people !!! :lol

As any of us know who have made a PayPal claim before, if you close it, you can't reopen it - so PRIME1 could then do what the heck they wanted. Needless to say, I don't trust them one bit so the claim is staying open.

They are also currently refusing to reimburse the deposit for the Jungle Hunter. I've thrown that back at them too. I'm amazed they think that anyone would want to do business with them given how they have behaved recently.

I've had plenty of practice at dealing with poor customer service, I can keep this up as long as they want.

I still haven't had any reply about my City hunter (Which they have charged anyway) Yet they are messaging you? Cooooool. I like Prime 1's stuff, but they really need to work on their customer service and selling practices. Or just distribute everything on Sideshow...
 
Considering cancelling this all together. Not that I dont think its a alright statue, it just isnt 'awesome' like I hoped it would be. When you have a CM and the Original Winston Maquette, its hard to accept another JH peice that just doesn't have that "WOW" factor. Thinking of getting the DX Warrior Alien instead

I was lucky enough to get both the Stan Winston maquette (EX) and the CM when they were originally released.

I still would have got this though - I mean - I decided to place my pre-order when lots of folks were getting nervous regarding the first in-hand pics that were posted. I STILL thinks it's a good statue.

I just can't be putting up with the attitude of a company that has such disdain & arrogance towards it's customers. It's soured the future enjoyment of anything they may now produce.

I'm gonna let it arrive and give it the chance in person. If i dont like it in person I'll sell it and use the money for a Warrior DX.
